Around 10 years ago, my dad and I bought a Samsung Convention Microwave oven for casual baking and roasting. I personally did try making a few pizzas and roasting chicken, but never a cake or cookie. The enthusiasm slowly died down. Than, my mum used it only for warming food (of course that too made her life easy, but that's it). I am talking about finding baking ingredients in Mumbai (India) 10 years ago. In fact, buying a whole cake was much cheaper than the resources to bake one, including electricity. However, that's not the case anymore. With a spurt of multinationals and supermarkets, its easy to find baking powder even at the local grocery store. We surely can afford melting cheese at 500 deg F too. The last time I heard, my mum had a guest who baked some delicious brownies in the same oven. Voila!!! Chicken Parmesan - can never wrong

While in India, eating chicken at home on Sundays would mean Chicken Curry. My mother and the rest of the extended family on both sides (meaning Maternal and Paternal), would make blind folded Chicken curries on Sundays. It was such a routine for years and years, that the new generation has reached its saturation point. I have a terrible nausea of chicken curries now in my 30s. (My mother still makes chicken curry on sundays, with the same masala, and refuses to abandon it at ay cost). So, thanks to my life a little away from my beloved families, and above all our little toddler who loves Chicken, Parmesan Chicken was the solution to my boredom. It is something I can never ever go wrong with and I can make plenty and plenty of servings of it. The Begining

It all begins today April 06th 2011, after putting down my little toddler for a late afternoon nap, that I have posted my first ad on an online website. Its all about offering food and satisfying the individual palate. I believe its high time I get into the market and put myself down for a foody test. Currently I am doing it from my very own homely kitchen and offering everyday individual and family meals to all those tired of eating out of their own cook houses. I call out to those lazy, busy and tired moms to order meals from my food gallery. I invite all those bachelors who are bored of eating Maggis, pastas and ready to eat meals out of steamed boxes. By the way, eating fancy restaurant food will only reduce your lifespan and you dnt know how long those gravies have been sitting in the freezer, I know it!
